1.0 Manufacturing

1.1 Electric Screw plug immersion heater

Screw plug immersion heaters are constructed of U-tube heating elements brazed or welded into threaded screw plugs.

Screw plug heaters are inserted through a threaded hole or through threaded coupling attached to a tank or vessel for heating of liquids.

Typical heating mediums include:

- Clean water

- Process water

- Lube and fuel oils.

- Heat transfer oils

- Mild and corrosive solutions

Plug immersion heater Design feature:

BSP / NPT screw plug.

Screw plug material: Carbon steel, brass, SS304 & SS316.

Element material: Carbon steel, Copper, SS304 & SS316.

Integral thermostat or thermocouple for temperature control and sensing.

1.2 Electric flange immersion heater.

Flange heaters are constructed of U-tube heating elements brazed or welded on to standard flanges or plate flanges of various shapes and sizes.

Flange immersion heaters are typically inserted in to a tank or a vessel, for heating of liquids.

The liquid reaches desired temperature ensuring optimized high-performance results.

Typical heating mediums include:

- Clean water

- Process water

- Lube and fuel oils.

- Heat transfer oils

- Mild and corrosive solutions
